I have known Jesse since he was about 5 yrs-old. He was a very bright individual, that was surrounded by negativity. He was loved by many, especially his immediate family. Jesse, had intrest in basketball and going back to continue his education. He was raised with many but two of the individuals, my brothers. One brother which played a father role to him and another which grew up with him as a childhood friend. We love Jesse dearly and watched him evolve from a child to a young man. Then to be taken away and only have mear memories is something unbearable. As I get my thoughts together and recall the last time I had seen him, it brings tears to my eyes. "He had told me that my oldest brother Yusif had always been good to him and he truly did respect him for everything he had done." He also mentioned "I should have listen to you the first time trouble crossed my path, and pursued the intrest i have in basketball." I replied "its never to late." and thier at that moment we stayed in agreement to keep in contact and pursue the goal he had made for himself, however 5 days later the good in his heart was over powered by the violence and evil in the streets. I write this from my heart, as someone who watched Jesse grow, and seen his mothers hardship raising her children in Oakland. This is not a sOlution to life it self. I hope people read this and understand, this is not the way of life..I don't want to lose or see anyone else lose to the streets, I dont have much of a heart left.

Jesse M- I've been looking for you since middle school. We went to the same elementary together and I considered you a good friend to me that clearly has never exited my mind. I only found out today that you had passed years ago. I wish I found you sooner. I managed to find a bunch of others we went to school with, and we all remembered you. We haven't found your twin brother just yet.

I couldn't...see this...see the picture of you after so many years and not...connect to those eyes all over again. I couldn't see you so much older with my even older eyes and leave you without a goodbye.

:( I've always kept the memories of you.

I'll never forget you...

Rest in peace Twin! You are missed very much. I didn't know him very well, but was a friend of the family's. u were a cool person, and didn't deserve that. Whoever did this, they will be called on and judged by God when the time comes. Just know that he is a good place now, looking down on his family everyday.
